How do you get inspired to write?

Samira Mahmoodi Personal experiences. Current events. People or situations I come across in my everyday life. For example, I can read something online that'll make me pause and reflect. I'll write about that reflection. Or I use that same reflection to write about something completely unrelated. It's very hard for me to write about something that doesn't come from a place of resonation. I think that's inauthentic and defeats the purpose of why I choose to write.
