What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Ila Golden Discovering the enjoyment of my stories. Sorry if that's kind of a vague answer, but, well I love editing as much as I love writing, because of all those little character moments or scenes that literally make me pause and wonder how the hell it is I'm the person who got that onto the page. Writing for me is about enjoyment. So I think its important that I love my stories as much as I want the readers too, and if I don't enjoy my own work, how can I expect to find anyone who will?
