How do you deal with writer’s block?

Cait Marie I have kind of an odd process where I write the first few chapters, then I write a chapter-by-chapter outline. It's not super detailed, but it's enough of a guide that allows me to jump around to different scenes based on my mood or inspiration on any given day. I am usually working on more than one book too, in different genres, so if I'm not feeling one of the stories, I can switch for a little while to get past that block.
