Goodreads asked Mauro Lacovich:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Mauro Lacovich While teaching psychotherapy students, they often asked me for help because they couldn't write essays. I was the ideal person to seek advice because I was known for how much I could write in a short time. After years of dealing with that issue, I discovered the best advice for anyone who wants to write anything.
Write as no one will read. Write what is on your mind, and then you will think about it later. Later you can repair, save, delete, whatever you want. Don't think about what will be. Go for what comes to you without thinking about the meaning or what someone will say about it. That will free the endless knowledge and ideas that your unconscious mind holds.
