Do you ever start writing a book and then get an awesome idea for a different book? What do you do when/if that happens?

I stay pretty focused, but sure, that happens from time to time. I may jot down notes, but I do stay with the book I'm currently writing at that time.

do you ever "geek" out when ever you see someone in Starbucks (or Dunkin doughnuts ) reading your book? I spend every Monday in Starbucks reading, and i just started reading Reiper today, and i've always wanted to be published (i did Nano for the first time this past November, it's hard work so coodos to you for 75 books) but how do you react when you see someone in a public place reading your book?
