How do you get inspired to write?

Amanda Munroe Well, writing is something that sets my soul on fire, so most of the time it's not hard to be inspired. That's not to say it's always easy! I do have a process of sorts to get "in the zone". I usually, need to be comfy, either at home or at a coffee shop. Caffeine is usually involved, either ice coffee or ice tea, sometimes hot tea. Then the most important part music! I listen to the exact same two songs, to get myself focused and hyped up, I listen to each one twice. Then I make a specific playlist for each project I'm working on and listen to that while I write! It works for me...Thanks for the question!
