How do you get inspired to write?

Bri Seeley The inspiration for this book came to me through meditation. Like Elizabeth Gilbert talks about in Big Magic, Permission to Leap came to me asking to be written. I had always assumed I would write a book at some point, but it was not on my radar to write as early as 2017. I'm glad I followed the inspiration and said yes to the idea which came to me.
