How do you get inspired to write?

Roger L. Perkins I've always liked good stories but never pursued it because I though I wasn't 'good enough'. The way some authors can paint with words and build a 'feeling' around their story was always cool to me. I've matured enough now to understand that if I like it then that's what counts. If others like it, that's the frosting on the cake. I sit down to write every day, if only a line or two. My inspiration is telling a believable and fun story. Sometimes I write a lot, sometimes I skip a day or two.
