Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Simon Rycraft The topic of negotiations is something I have studied for over 20 years. For my first book atleast it made sense to start with that topic. Initially, like most writers, I carried a ton of self-doubt....why would anyone read my book, why would anyone care....then I found a gap in the market for negotiation books: a book that focused on core lessons, was researched backed and allowed the reader to apply the techniques in real time. Most if not all of the other books in this field are story based and difficult to follow.
