How did you come up with your incredibly strong characters in Abstract Love?

Samantha Christy Mary, you ask a tough question. The honest-to-God truth is, I just write them that way. I don't really plan them out per se. Yes, I want my characters to be strong, but I really have to hand it to my parents for raising me in an environment that allows me to write in such a voice without even thinking about it. They made me realize that no dream is too big, no obstacle is too large to overcome, and to never accept no for an answer.
