I have always been a fan of Agatha Christie. My main character, Ailene Burke, tends to be one step ahead of the police like Christie's Miss Marple. Ailene, however, tends to be a bit quirky. I have to admit, I sort of based her on my mother-in-law, a woman that I loved dearly.
