How do you get inspired to write?

T.A. Blitch In high school, I was fortunate in that I could take an elective in place of English, so I chose Creative Writing. I discovered that I could let my imagination run wild! On active duty in the navy, on every ship, I always volunteered for the collateral duty of Public Affairs Officer. This allowed my the opportunity to write newsletters and press releases that ultimately got published in base newspapers and even The Navy Times.
