What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Jacqui D. Williams Don't be discouraged, if it seems to be taking a long time to finish. When God spoke to my heart to write my first book back in 2008, it was 11 years later when I finished it. I wrote a little bit here and there, and sometimes I would go months and not write anything. But when it was time for me to write, I would wake up in the middle of the night and would end up writing pages upon pages. Oh, and one other thing, I did not tell anybody that I was writing a book for 11 years until it was in print. The only person I told was my husband and that was not until 2-3 years before it went into publication. When I first started writing my book, I was not married - that happened later during the process. So, I had to encourage myself during the tough and difficult times.
