Goodreads asked Tracy Beckerman:

If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?

Tracy Beckerman I am going to sound like such a typical romantic but I have to go with Pride and Prejudice. I go back to that book over and over again like comfort food, when I need to revive my heart and indulge my soul. Naturally I would love to spend a day in Elizabeth Bennett’s shoes, but I am undecided if I would prefer to be in those shoes pre or post-Darcy. I don’t think I’d like to spend too much time there because I like a hot shower and the idea of being bound in a corset is as appealing as to me as walking twenty blocks in New York City in high-heeled shoes that are a size too small, which I have done and did not enjoy one bit. But one day in Jane Austen’s time would be wonderful!
