Just start. Start anything. Start today. Even if it's using the notes app on your cell phone. Carve out some time, put some tunes on, and start "dumping" all the thoughts that flow from your consciousness. Honestly, most of it will be garage...but it's YOUR garbage and it has to get out. As you express yourself more, you'll find themes emerge. Pick one and go deep. And don't give up!
