Hi, the comments and replies are undated so could you clarify which year you expect Fiona 7 to be published? I live in South Wales so the series has a double attraction for me.

Harry Bingham Oh blimey. I want to get Fiona #7finished as soon as I can, but I have a complicated life - disabled wife, four kids, and a demanding side business (Jericho Writers.) I have a 60% complete draft and am hoping to complete it before Xmas, which would give me a spring launch date. But I've been wrong before so I'm hesitant to commit too hard,. The family has to come first, I'm afraid!

Hi Harry..a question and a thank you. Just finished The Strange Death of Fiona Griffiths in 2 sittings. It is such a treat to read your books. Fiona is fascinating and the most original female protagonist in years! You mentioned that your publisher wanted this one more grim, which it certainly was. Do you see a return to a lighter mood in the next one or to continue wuth a darker tone?
