Actually, I'm just starting myself, but what I can tell them is that: Read, Believe, Write and Let people read your work so you can improve on it. I've had tons of rejection letters with The Sundered Faith until I decided to publish it myself. Don't let rejection pull you down, rather, make it a weapon and be well equipped.
