Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Georgia Brask I felt compelled to tell my story - about my life with schizophrenia, being bullied, feeling lonely and different. I also wanted to 'break free' of the 'quiet girl' role; to show that I was more than 'just' quiet.
Since childhood, my biggest dream has been to become a published author and, while I never expected my first book to be based on a psychotic breakdown I had aged 17, that's what happened. (I still plan to write books about talking animals, though ;-))
