Having just published a biblical fiction novel (Among the Ruins--the Story of David), I am now in the throes of marketing and trying to sell books! What is your best advice for selling books? I am excited to begin reading Soul Pursuit! I love books with a Christian edge, that are not necessarily "Christian" or "Religions" books. Can't wait to get started!

Chip Tudor Silke,
Thanks for reaching out. I look forward to your review of Soul Pursuit. I'll have to give Among the Ruins a look. Not sure I am the best advice on marketing. I've tried different approaches with some success, but so far, nothing stellar. I was gaining some traction locally and then Co-vid shut that down. Been very slow going since then. Definitely lean on your friends and social media. And then I encourage you to work Goodreads. Over the last few months, I've slowly been building a friends list, posting updates and engaging with people. Genuine relationship building is the tried and true method of marketing. But it is slow going and takes patience. But slowly, I am gaining visibility. Be yourself. Be authentic. And give God the glory. That is my best advice. Feel free to send me a friend request. I look forward to keeping up with you on Goodreads.
