There aren't many Bards among us, so don't worry too much when you go back and read a passage and realize it's complete rubbish. Most of what you write will be like that, although you'll improve with experience.
The key is re-writing, re-writing, re-writing, which essentially can overcome that "1st draft disaster blues." Things have a habit of reading differently when you wake up the next morning - so keep going, rest if you must, but don't quit.
And, take it one page at time - you can't do everything in a day, and you don't need to, either.
