Will there be a third book in the Estranged series??

Ethan M. Aldridge Unfortunately, the publisher decided not to continue the series. The original contract was for two books, and that's what I made! I told the story of the Carter family from start to finish in the way I wanted, for which I'm very grateful. I had some ideas for a third book, dealing with the state of the world at the end of The Changeling King, which would have centered a new character. I was urged instead to move on to new projects (which became The Legend Of Brightblade!). Such is the nature of publishing. But never say never; if I and the publisher see renewed interest in the series, there are still some corners I would like to explore. Maybe someday . . .
