I really enjoyed your Highland Isles series. I'm a sucker for a good highlanders series, and I think this was one of the better ones I've read. Who came to you first? And did you have a general outline in your head of everyone's personalities and how they would play off each other? I liked how each character was really fleshed out and unique, and each romance felt extremely different from the last.

Oh my gosh, Natalie! I never saw this question a year ago or I would have certainly answered you. So sorry about that. Technology and I are not friends!
I love my Highland Isles series! Each story came to me in order, so Tor and Ella were first. They also make appearances in my Brothers of Wolf Isle series (just 20 years later). I write "by the seat of my pants" so no, I did not have an outline first. They came to me little by little, letting me in on their backstories as I went. I think they really played well together!
