I adored it as a mental exercise when I read it ages ago. It's extreme in its assumptions and worldbuilding, but there's so much currently pointing towards her general notion being correct, that it's a bit frightening. That said, I didn't and still don't like the liberties she took with prose and style :).

In reading some of your past reviews (I've got catching up to do), I came across a debate between you and, I think, Julio about a KJ Charles book. You insisted on there being differences between LGBT and m/m romances, and you cited some brief examples. I've tried going back to find the exchange but haven't. I keep returning to it in my mind because I think it's fascinating. Any further thoughts on that?
