How do you get inspired to write?

Eileen Waite So many ways! It can be a certain type of weather, be it rain or shine, or a particular song or thought. It can be a wandering thought that turns into an idea that i just have to put into one of my books, or it can be because I am sat on the sofa with ten minutes spare. Sometimes I just get the bug and I'm fidgety and restless until I write- and my husband knows that I will get moody if I don't and will pester me until I do! My inspiration comes from anywhere and everywhere and is both internal and external, and I'm quite grateful for that.
