Write every day. It doesn't have to be particularly good, just get into the habit of sitting down and putting words on a page (virtual or otherwise). Write flash fiction, write short stories, write emails to long lost friends, whatever it takes to get words out of your head and into the world. You can do a lot more with words that are written down than words that are trapped in your skull!
