Just discovered your books! Want you to know that Daisy Thorne was my Grandmother! We are from Wisconsin, USA. Her family came from Leeds England in the 1800,s to America. She was my Fathers Mother. I purchased the first in the Daisy Thorne series! I am Diane Moe. So excited and such a wonderful coincidence. How did you decide on the name Daisy Thorne?

Wow, that is a crazy coincidence. :)
I wanted a happy, Summer-sounding name and Daisy sprung to mind. And then I just went through combinations of surnames, trying to find one that sounded good, and settled on Thorne. To be honest, it just popped into my head, totally random.
