I'm lucky enough to do quite a lot of writing for television, mainly light entertainment and comedy, and my most recent book, Britain's Biggest Star...Is Dad? is set behind the scenes of a TV talent show, so, as that is a world I know well, it seemed the perfect setting for a story.
