Lauren Linwood is your pen name and Alexa Aston your real name, right? How come you started a pen name and now no longer use it?

Alexa Aston Lauren Linwood was my first pen name. When I moved to a new publisher, they asked that I select a different pen name--thus, Alexa Aston!

I use a pen name for a little bit of privacy for my family, and I love alliteration. I have created a following as Alexa and will stick to this in the future. Right now, Alexa writes historical romance (Regency, Medieval, and Westerns) and contemporary romance.
