Let's say you were writing a mystery that involved spies. (Which is what I'm doing). Anyway, how you you go about that? making the characters spies, like in Spy School, but also detectives, like on Moon Base Alpha?

Stuart Gibbs It's really just a function of what you want them to do in your story. My spies solve mysteries all the time, even though they are not officially detectives. Just create your story and have the characters do whatever you need them to do.
