Goodreads asked Eileen Griffin:

What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Eileen Griffin So many things, but I think the two best things for me being a writer right now is getting to share my characters and their worlds with my co-writer Nikka Michaels. Co-writing isn't for everyone, I get that, but it works for us and makes the act of writing (which is such a solitary endeavor) so much less lonely. The other thing I love is sharing my brain with my characters. I'll be out somewhere and my characters will start jabbering in my head about how they feel about what's going on. It's a strange feeling but I love listening to them :)
