Schedule a specific time frame in the day and let it slowly become your habit to write. Find out what part of the day you are most creative in. Always have at hand, really good examples to get inspiration from if you need. Set deadlines for wordcount and meet them religiously. Let it flow, don't edit as you go, that comes later.....
