I asked the following question on a Facebook fan page. I was wondering if I have missed a book that addressed it or if you've thought about writing one that will. Has anyone ever wonder about the origination of Xavier, Xaviero, and Xayvion from the "Dark" series? For example: Were they abused by their parents? We're their parents evil? Did they feel mistreated or unappreciated by the Carpathians? Or were they just ?

I don't write books specifically for villains. You do learn a little about them but I haven't written their full history and how they grew up, no. I don't currently have plans for that, but you never know when an additional tidbit will be revealed.

Hi Oh wondrous wordsmith! Lol. My question is about Joie, Gabrielle, and Jubal's parents. I just finished Joie and Traian's story. Joie's parents were mentioned but the book concluded with no answers about Traian's meeting them. Already figured out what the parents are, but I was just wondering did you write a scene with the parents and is it in one of the books following book 11? I am getting ready to read book 12.

I first read your books when I was in high school. I cant remember the name of the first one I read but I do know it was about the Carpathian race. I was hooked from the very beginning! Im pretty sure I have read all of the Dark series. Do any of the other series feature supernatural beings similar to the incredibly possessive Carpathian males?

Aloha! The Drake Sisters books were my all-time favorite! Even though all of the sisters have married, two are pregnant, and it is understood that Elle will be soon, also. Do you have any plans to continue their stories? I wonder how you could write about he children, as they come into their talents? I would think there would be many tangents (other than the Sisters of the Heart) to continue their stories!
