I get a lot of fresh air and exercise, which helps me stay grounded and focused. Also, I'm a glutton for punishment. What I mean is that writing is demanding and solitary, and it's never easy, so I wouldn't say I'm "inspired" -- it's more like I'm hell-bent on finishing what I start.
