Discipline and planning. I've got a plan for the book,with a chapter-by-chapter and even scene-by-scene outline, so I know what's going to happen. If I'm suck, I sit at the laptop and think about what's supposed to happen in the scene I'm trying to write, and I work through it. Doesn't always work, of course, and on days it doesn't, I leave it and do something else.
