Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Clare Lydon I've been away on a few long weekends with friends from university, so thought I'd write about one as they're always great fun and full of incident. Luckily, the ones I've been away on haven't been quite as drama-filled as the one in the book though! I think the idea of going away with friends and historic niggles being brought up is something many people can relate to. That, and the drama that comes after a boozy night out...
