Hi Jodi, I love all your writing and most recently read your Elizabeth Cage books. Are you planning any more books in that series? Thx!
Jodi Taylor
Hello Amy. I'm so happy to hear you like the Elizabeth Cage books. They're great fun to write and I can legitimately spend entire afternoons on the internet, disappearing down various rabbit holes and calling it research. Yes, I do have notes for another book. I'm not sure when the publication date will be, but I suspect that's author inattention rather than disorganisation by other people. Anyone who knows me well writes important stuff on giant pieces of paper and holds them in front of me while my lips move as I try and take it in. Sorry - who are you? Who am I? Where is this place?

Hi Jodi, I'm really sorry to bother you, I expect your extremely busy at the moment, but I've a question that is really nagging at me. What was it that Max's father did to her as a child? It seems like a big thing for me to forget, so I feel a bit silly asking (I blame busy mum brain). I've scanned back over a few books, but I don't seem to be able to find that part of the story.

Jodi Taylor:
Hello Jodi: You've self-published a book which then got picked up by a traditional publishing house. Other than great writing, solid characters and inventive plot, how did they find you? And do you have other self-published works out there that didn't get picked up? Or did you pull them off the rack? Thanks and although you've left the self-publishing club, we still root for you!

I love your books and I love Max's 'voice'. Have you ever regretted your decision to write from first person POV in the St Mary's series? If you had the chance to do it all over again, would you still stick to a single person first perspective viewpoint?
