A day or so ago I discovered your videos via a link on a FB page and I’ve been listening to many. They’re addictive in a good way. I Also purchased your book. I feel hopeful for the 1st time in years that even I (😉) can awaken. Thank you for direct, clear specific practical pointing. Initially, would a mantra help calm incessant thoughts? Or Is it best to simply allow thoughts to flow?
