Goodreads asked Matthew Silverman:

What books are on your summer reading list this year?

Matthew Silverman I edit other people's work now and it frees me up to read anything I want. Trying to slowly get my money's worth out of my English degree, I read a Shakespeare play each year. I got around to Richard III last year and it sent me on a crusade to find out as much as I can about the 15th century monarchy. I've jumped into the Philippa Gregory books, my wife has almost the whole set. I also plan to dig into Catch-22 (it is 2022, after all), Stingray Afternoons, John Adams, Little Fires Everywhere, When Tears Have Voice, 1920: The Year of Six Presidents, and even some books on baseball!
