Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Kit Trzebunia My mother used to work for an experienced naturalist, named John Frost, who owned a nature-themed gift store. I loved visiting the shop, wandering among its limited-edition fine art nature prints, sonorous wind chimes, and delicate stained-glass rooters. At some point, I got inspired by the idea of Jack Frost as a character, and began to ask, "What if...?" Then the thought of the seasons as characters came along, and I began to write!
