How do you get inspired to write?

Carla Ionescu This question is so tough because I am a terrible, unorganized writer lol I love to research, and uncover the mysteries of a ritual, divinity or community, and I love to travel and make notes of all the sacred sites or temple ruins I come across, but sitting down to write? lol that's a challenge! So I strive by the "write a bit every day" rule when I am writing a paper, or working on a chapter, but to be fully transparent, I usually end up locking myself in my office near the end of a deadline and hammering it all out in a week or two.
