Thanks! Lessons in Chemistry is my first book to be picked up by an agent. My first novel was a total bust--I quit halfway through. The second was a tad long...about 700 pages...cough...rejected by 98 agents). My next was Lessons in Chemistry. I'm now working on another.

No questions just a comment... loved this book. Found it hilarious and have chosen it for my book club to read in September. I do hope my fellow clubbers will have as much fun reading it as I did. Passed my copy on to my husband who is a 'new' reader. He never read any fiction before this year only serious stuff but is now enjoying some of my books and he also liked your book but was disappointed with the ending?

I am the administrator for a reading group in the Los Angeles area called The Bookie Babes. We have been together for years. This month we read Lessons in Chemistry and all 12 members gave it thumbs up. We had a rousing discussion. I personally loved so many things: the characters, the story, the mystery and the unabashedly feminist approach! Thank you for such a wonderful read. Will you publish another novel?
