Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

M. Andrew McConnell When the COVID lockdown happened in March of 2020, and the financial markets were tumbling, a friend made a comment about a "generation of perpetual renters," who would never be able to build the financial wealth necessary to own their own home. That idea struck me as sad, and then I looked around and realized we had all become a society of "mind renters," a far bigger tragedy. Digging into why this was, and how to address it became my mission, and Get Out of My Head was born.
