How do you get inspired to write?

Shalini Modi I grew up hearing and reading stories from our epics and Puranas and as I grew up, I liked drawing parallels to our daily lives from these texts. Teenagers and even the older people would often ask me questions regarding many of our old age traditions, rituals and their relevance in today's day. This need for explaining our texts encouraged me to take up writing.
