I'm disabled which causes mood swings. Depression will slow me. If reading the last 2-4 paragraphs doesn't work, I look at my story plot. Still nothing? I reread my story plot. Excitement or at least inspiration reemerges. Most of the time I can quickly find my orientation and write through the block.
