I don't usually get blocked, rather I get stuck on solving an internal issue in the work. That generally just takes untangling it and working it out. There are times where I simply don't have anything in the tank left to give. Reading, watching movies, hanging on patios with friends, walks and bike rides all help. Mostly just time.
