How do you deal with writer’s block?

Chisto Healy Well, I used to have an incredibly easy solution which was to turn to my wife and say, "I'm trying to write this thing but I've done this and now I'm stuck." and she would go, "How about this..." and I'd I turn say, "That's fantastic! thank you." But I no longer have that option as I have separated from my muse so... I'll probably just go to the things that inspire me, read books by my favorite authors and watch movies that are in the same genre and see if the creative juices start flowing. I know you should never try to force it. The best ideas just happen.
