Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Ryan Martin Having served for 13 years as a missions pastor in the local church, I noticed the need to develop a strategy for churches of varying sizes to care for their missionaries. I wanted to provide a biblical foundation for such care, personal testimonies on what is helpful from the field perspective, and give resources that churches (of any size) could use to catalyze care in their own context.
