What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Judith Arnold Getting paid to lie! (At least that's true if you write fiction.) Seriously, there are so many wonderful things about being a writer, it's hard for me to say what's "best." I love the freedom. I love being able to set my own hours and work at my own pace. I love showing up to work in jeans, sweatshirts and slippers. I love being able to free all the stories yammering inside my head, setting them loose. I love playing with words. (Seriously! I'm a word junkie!)
