Sprints with friends usually help. Sometimes I just work on something fresh or pull out an older manuscript and try to dust it off. Sometimes nothing works until I just take a break from writing. You have no idea how many story ideas have come to me while doing mundane tasks. Way too many come at work when I have no outlet to express them.
