I got the idea for 'Wild Asana' when I realized that yoga teachers and students practice poses named after animals hundreds of times without ever thinking of the actual animal after which the poses are named! It's such a simple yet profound idea: To think about a cobra while practicing cobra pose (bhujangasana).
